Ruby Carter is a cartoonist in Chicago. Alternative and indie comics are her focus, meaning she loves small publishers and work that challenges mainstream notions of what comics can be.

Ruby signed her first publishing contract with Fieldmouse Press in college and has been cartooning since high school (2018). She is pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
